Abstract:

Telemedicine and precision medicine are known as advance methods in health services administration to patient lived in different geographical regions with emerging data based on the molecular and genomic information. In this way, telemedicine is a new platform to spread genomic data with digital documents for both clinicians and patients. Whereas telemonitoring and telemorning are very important in some disease, clinicians can now effectively provide care for each person by consulting other physicians to manage medical practices and clinical protocols. Now a day s telemedicine is an efficient technique used to treat various types of disorders like diabetes with controlling hyperglycemia, hypertension with controlling systolic and diastolic blood pressures, chronic heart failure and pulmonary disease with consuming some drugs or self-management and infectious diseases in the rural and remote region. However, from the last few years, the patients information are collected for transmission of large files, including computerized medical records, Next-generation data, diagnostic reports, laboratory examination results and C.T scan/ radiology reports via audio-video consultations, wireless network and mobile telecommunication tools. Telemedicine and telegenetics can become a promising approach to help facilitate genetics consultation and cost-effective way that is favorable for physicians and counselors. It is a powerful medical care for showing diseases like cancer, unknown genetic disorders, congenital disease, mental retardation and identifying individuals with susceptibility or resistance to some diseases for genetic family risk assessment that were resident in the same geographical location. These approaches provide a positive response and high-speed data rates to access medical team-work from all over the world in genomic clinical services. In this regard, global health communications have the potential to extend personalized medicine and organize large files to distribute knowledge about the impact of drug response or appropriate drug dose for patient management in each patient based on human genetic data to enhance global health collaborations
