Abstract:
This paper aims to propose and empirically test a theoretical model, measuring the relationships among Organizational Intelligence (OI), and its components with Entrepreneurial Intentions (EI). The sample consisted of 94 undergraduate students from four state universities in Tehran. The participants completed a single survey that measured both OI and EI. Results indicated a significant correlation between OI, performance pressure, knowledge deployment, appetite for change, shared fate, heart, alignment and congruence, strategic view and EI. The study suggests that specific attention should be paid to perception and improvement of OI since it affects and can improve entrepreneurship.
