Abstract:

In recent years due to the economic situation - political and trade sanctions against Iran in the field of oil and we need international export development and the entry of more international markets are increasingly important for the development of non-oil exports is a serious need. The main objective of this study was to evaluate and prioritize strategies for the petrochemical industry is entering the international markets. The study sample was 99 companies operating in the petrochemical industry in the company, there are 125 Director and Commercial Director The researcher on the basis of a sample of 102 people examined the population is to select a researcher who has used random sampling methods. To collect data the researcher standard questionnaire which its validity and reliability has been confirmed is used. To analyze the data collected in this study, researchers from the application SMARTPLS, SPSS is used. in this study, researchers from the 6 strategy (licensing, franchising, contract manufacturing, contract management, direct investment and strategic alliance) as a strategy to enter the international markets has used. The results of the analysis suggest that among the strategies to non-strategic concessions on the success of strategies to enter the export markets and business performance in this art he Friedman test results indicate that the three strategic alliance strategy, foreign investment and also franchising strategy of entering international markets are always the highest priority.
