Abstract:

In recent years, a system-based approach has been developed to understand the organization of customers and their desires in various industries. This issue is one of the challenges facing the aeronautical industry, due to its specific sensitivities. Disturbance in the flight plan is indisputable and reduces passenger satisfaction and profitability of airline companies. It is also difficult to make a decision due to the multiple causes of flight disruptions and future decisions and the conditions of airlines. , This research tries to use a fuzzy network decision-making methodology to decide when to disrupt the flight plan. The output of the proposed decision model is for adopting flight disturbances in accordance with the disruption factors and other conditions. The results of the research show that the most important factors in flight disruption, arrival delay and technical defects of the fleet and the most important decisions ahead, announcement of delay and cancellation. The proposed model also suggests that this model is well thought out due to the use of the fuzzy network analysis process of internal communication and experts attitudes, and therefore the proposed model suggestions are similar to those of experts.
