Abstract:

In the twenty-first century the foundations of quantum physics with Einstein s research started at thebeginning of the twentieth century and Scientists efforts such as Max Planck, Werner Heisenberg, NielsBohr and Erwin Schrodinger evolved, has left a deep impression on other sciences including thehumanities. Today, the rapid and continuous change, the world is a complex of stability andpredictability is out. In such a world the ability of managers for planning, organizing, directing andcontrolling the increasingly compromised. Science-based quantum physics and chaos theory hasprovided basic concept for the collection of new management skills. These skills, are called quantumskills. Not only because they are derived from the fundamental principles of modern science, but moreimportant because it requires has a quantum ringed in the new management paradigm. They are notintended to replace traditional management skills, but rather complement them. They are very thoughtfuland rational management with a view to managing conflict and facing their people. In this study, resultsshowed that quantum theory can understand and improve the organization, leadership and managementare useful in very complex situations. The value of this paradigm, explaining organizational life in a newvision, uncertainty , uncertainty and complexity are the main features of the landscape.
