Abstract:
In this work, a sustainable sorbent called as Fe3O4@SiO2 core-shell was fabricated and applied for enrichment and determination of duloxetine by means of magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The factors influencing the extraction performance including pH of sample media, amount of extractor, time and salt amount of sample were investigated and optimized. The standard calibration curve showed linearity range in the concentration level of 15-500 ng mL-1 with r2 of 0.991. Limits of detection (LOD, S/No = 3) and quantification (LOQ, S/N = 10) were 2.5 and 15 ng mL-1, respectively.
