Abstract:

هدف این مقاله تحلیل وضعیت ارتباط آموزش فنی و حرفه ای رسمی با بازارکار و تبیین سازوکارهای مناسب برای برقراری ارتباط مطلوب با محیط کار کشور است. روش پژوهش از نوع زمینه یابی بوده و برای گردآوری داده های مورد نیاز علاوه بر تحلیل اسناد و گزارش های علمی پژوهشی از مصاحبه ساختار یافته با صاحب نظران منتخب در حوزه برنامه ریزی آموزشی، درسی و اجرایی آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان داد در حال حاضرساز و کار اثربخشی به منظور برقراری ارتباط بین آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای و بازار کار وجودندارد. سایر یافته های مهم این پژوهش عبارتند از: ضرورت بازنگری در روش های نیاز سنجی آموزشی و نیز استانداردهای مهارتی، توسعه فرهنگ کار، تاکید برجنبه های عملی و مهارتی در آموزش ها در مقایسه با آموزش های نظری، الزام دستگاه های دولتی و نیز بخش صنعت به همکاری واقعی با بخش آموزش های فنی وحرفه ای، توسعه آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای در چارچوب برنامه کلان توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشور و نیز پرهیز از توسعه کمی آموزش فنی و حرفه ا ی.
