Comprehensive Review of Recent Methods and Algorithms in The Field of Resource Scheduling and Load Balancing For Cost and Energy Consumption Minimization in the Cloud Computing Environment abstract

Cloud computing is a new method of processing in which expandable and often virtualized resources are used as a processing service that is provided through communication networks such as local area networks and the Internet. The focus of this model is on customer demand-based service, without the user having to need special processing equipment or being aware of where the processing is taking place. One of the success factors of these networks is the access of users outside of time and space. So far, several algorithms for timing and load balancing have been introduced, but no comprehensive and accurate study has been conducted to compare their performance. This article examines the strengths and weaknesses of some of these algorithms and examines previous articles. Obviously, this research provides the ability to clarify many ambiguities about researchers in this field.
