Abstract:

کارآفرینی زیست محیطی یکی از راهبردهایی است که در سال های اخیر، در پاسخ به مسائل زیست محیطی و به منظور تبدیل اقتصاد سنتی به اقتصاد سبز، معرفی شده است. این نوع از کارآفرینی، دلالت بر ایده ایجاد کسب و کاری دارد که نشان دهنده یک نگرانی برای نیازهای زیست محیطی و اجتماعی نسل حاضر و آینده است. کسب و کارهای کوچک و خرد، به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه، اکثر کسب و کارها را تشکیل داده و سهم بزرگی از آلودگی ها و مصرف منابع را نیز به خود اختصاص می دهند. بنابراین مورد توجه قرار دادن آن ها و هدایت ابتکار کارآفرینان محلی برای لحاظ کردن نگرانی و مسئولیت زیست محیطی در فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در مقیاس کوچک، می تواند منجر به گسترش نوآوری های زیست محیطی و ظهور صنایع سبز گردد. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مطالعه کتابخانه ای-اسنادی، ابتدا مفهوم و ماهیت کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان زیست محیطی را مورد توجه قرار می دهد؛ سپس کسب و کارهای کوچک و خرد روستایی و رابطه بین کارآفرینان زیست محیطی و این نوع کسب و کارها بررسی می گردد. در ادامه موانع و فرصت های این نوع از کارآفرینی و تجارب تعدادی از کشورهای موفق در توسعه آن، مورد بحث قرار می گیرد. در پایان نیز پیشنهادهایی برای توسعه کسب و کارهای زیست محیطی کوچک و خرد روستایی ارائه می شود.
