Abstract:

Greenhouse gasses include N2O and CO2 as the main reason of global warming are nowadays the world s largest environmental challenge. Therefore, it seems necessary to find a suitable method for absorbing nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide gases. Today, ionic liquids due to the properties such as low corrosion effects, high thermal and chemicalstability and low vapor pressure are suitable solvents for absorption of gases. In this article, the absorption of nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide in ethyl ammonium nitrate [eam][NO3] has been modeled by PHSC equation of state in temperature range of 283-348 K and pressures up 2 MPa and acceptable results have been achieved
