Abstract:

The purpose of this study has been to determine the amount of teachers’ empowering relationship on their educational performance among high school teachers of Isfahan in 2019-2020. Statistical population was all the junior high school teachers. Considered samples are 289 teachers chosen by considering Morgan table and classified random method. Empowering survey reliability by Cronbach’s alpha method has become 0/944 and educational performance survey reliability has become 0/981. The research’s method is descriptive and from correlation type and from purpose aspect is applied. The results shows that there is a positive and significant relation between empowering teachers and their educational performance. This relation shows that the teachers whit high empowerment, have the higher educational performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that empowering teachers has a positive and significant relation with their professional performance, occupational manners, moral manner, and performance indices. This relation shows that the more the amount of empowering teachers, the higher their professional performance, occupational manners, moral manner, and performance indices will be. Regression’s hypothesis variables analysis results showed that occupational knowledge will determine 34/4% and occupational manners will determine 33/5% and occupational attitude will determine 27/4% of the variance of the teachers’ educational performance.
