As the bioreactor was not prepared for the investigator anytime needed, firstly some experiments were carried out to understand the problems and know the critical points. First , liters vessels were used for cell culture , and after that, the biomixer, a mechanical agitation vessel with entrance canals for medium or for instruments, was used and some acceptable results gained. Then the bioreactor of liters, from FMD department was used to perform the project protocol and get the final results. According to the results, when the start cell population in the culture is appropriate, the final population will be times greater than flask method and the pH of medium and the level of diluted Oxygen in the medium are the most important factors, after that
