بررسی نظرات بهره برداران و کارشناسان در مورد طرحهای آبخیزداری با تاکید بر نقش اشتغال روستاییان (مطالعه موردی: هشت حوزه در خراسان بزرگ)

Watershed management projects are usually done for conservation soil and water resources. Conservation soil and water are the most important component of sustainable agriculture. Watershed management is also one of the appropriate strategies for agricultural planning therefore these projects is necessary in rural area. These projects can also help to employment opportunities and employment security. The general objective this study within entitled: "study of viewpoint of stockholders and experts about watershed management projects: emphasis for rural employment" is impact of watershed management project in khorassan province, Iran emphasis in employment sustainable. The study has affirmed that all projects including biological, mechanical and biomechanical had impact to conservation of water and soil but these impacts were different in time and kind of project. This study showed, these projects there were a little impacts in aridity areas special biological project because these projects depend rainfall. Impacts of mechanical project were better than other projects however this projects cause increasing water resources especial in arid and semiarid area. Therefore people saw these impacts and they accepted partnership in these projects. Amount of partnership followed by effect output of these impacts. Partnership of people decrease responsibility government management and developed of watershed projects.
