شناسایی سروتیپ های سالمونلاهای شایع جوجه ها در شیراز

For identification of prevalent salmonella serotypes in broiler farms around Shiraz 2296 chickens (Up to 7 days old) from 287 farms were examined . The routine examination of the birds included 8 birds from each flock,' From each bird direct plating and enrichment culture was performed from the liver, heart, intestine and yolk . The rate of infection in the flocks was 68.9%. The rate of infection in the chickens was 36%. The livers indicated the highest rate of infection (24.7%). The rate of infection of the organs was 24.7%, 23.7%, 18.4% and 17.3% for livers, yolks,hearts and intestines respectively. Nine percent of the isolated salmonella serotypes were belong to group B, 9.8% to group C2, 87% to group D1 ,4:4% to group D2 and 0.8% to group E1 of kauffmann-white Schemma. The results indicated that there was a mixture of serotypes in some of the samples. The prevalent serotypes isolated in this study were salmonella enteritidis, salmonella typhimurium,salmonella typhi, salmonella muenchen, and salmonella seremban.
