بررسی تعیین شیوع بیماری آگالاکسی در استان خوزستان و جداسازی و شناسایی ژنتیکی عوامل میکوپلاسمی مسبب آن با استفاده از ‭PCR.‬

Genetic survey of Mycoplasmal agents that causu Contagious agalactia in sheep and goats in Khuzestan province and geographical distribution of diseases (via a national plan) is carried out from January 1999 (Bahman 1377) to January 2000 (Bahman 1378). For this mean 47 samples of milk synovial fluid and eye,s swab in special transport media was taken and after PCR test in Hessarak Razi Institue. finally 5 cases was positive and identified as Mycoplasma agalactiae. In this study the reaction rate for Mycoplasma agalactiae was 10.6% in Ahwaz and suburbs.
