بررسی و انتخاب بوته ها و لاینهای دارای صفات مطلوب در توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک جو

In order to achievement of genetic purity, F2, F3-Fn. populations and segregating generations were selected via single plant selection with high yield and desirable quantitative and qualitative traits. In this study 37, F2 populations from Karaj crosses and 256, F3-Fn. generations that derived from selection of previous generations were evaluated by modified bulk method and modified pedigree bulk method in Ahwaz respectively. Selection started from spike appearance and was conducted twice till harvest date. The selected single plant from F2, F3 and F4 segregating populations were bulked with each other. Each F5 population planted in two rows with two-meter length and 20 Cm distance between rows. Each Ten-selected single plant from F5 and F6 population harvested separately and everyone of selected single plant became source of F6 and F7 population respectively for future generation. Chemical fertilizer applied on the basis of soil test and, soils and water department recommendation. Also recommended herbicide applied for weed control. Finally 26 populations selected from 37, F2 population 52 population 250 head and 48 lines were selected from 256 population of F 3-F n.
