بررسی توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک گندم نان

This experiment was conducted in two parts: first, preliminary yield trial with 311 lines and second one was segregating populations with 551 segrigating generations in 2004-2005 in Moghan Agricultural Research Center. The comparision lines with check showed 70 lines had best grain yield and resistance to fungay diseases and other agronomic characteristics and In segregating populations we studied 551 (370 F2 populations that those are reciept from Karaj and Gorgan and generation of F3, F4, F5, and F6 were evaluated under low density planting and mist irrigation system condition.During growing stages each plants of mentioned population and generations were evaluated and the plant with of each generation with best agronomic characters, which steress tolerance and diseases resistance were selected. The selected plants on the basis of Modified bulk-pedigree method were separately harvested and the seed selection for each plant was also used. Finally we selected 239 generation from F2 , 28 generation from F3, 20 generation from F4, 14 single plants from F5 and 7 single plants from F6 for evaluating in feuture experiments. .
