Abstract:

The word tannin is very old and reflects a traditional technology. "Tanning" (waterproofing and preserving) was the word used to describe the process of transforming animal hides into leather by using plant extracts from different plant parts of different plant species. Tannin taste is bitter and astringent effect, if this article on the human or animal tissues should be the beehive and the cells are stenos. In medical treatment of this property gastroenterology, complications, skin, hemorrhage and tuberculosis is used. In this study, the fact that tannin are in damask rose, and the distillation industry after distillation rose water and petals will dimorphism, we consider to collect tannin after distillation. In this study 21 samples Rosa damascena Mill. from different provinces are collected from whole country were studied. Each sample had essential oils, rose water, water inside the boiler and petals flowers, were collected, then sample determine by Folin Denis reagent method and the standard curve tannic acid by spectrophotometer apparatus Model 340 Hitachi,and measurement at 760 nm. The highest tannin rose water were obtained in Khuzestan and Ilam with 2163 ppm, Qom 1846 ppm, Gilan 1432 ppm, and the water inside the boiler were Zanjan 1919 ppm, Mazandaran 1895 ppm, Qom, Gilan, Lorestan, Isfahan2 1871 ppm, and flower petals were Yazd1 3432 ppm, Sistan and Baluchestan 3139 ppm, and Kohgiluyeh and Boher Ahmad 2993ppm,respectively.
