بررسی منابع غذایی مورد استفاده دام و طیور در استان فارس فاز اول: تعیین ارزش غذایی دو گیاه مرتعی جاشیر‭Prangos ferulacea ‬و کنگر‭Gundelia tournefortii‬

The main objective of the present investigat!on was to analyse the 9hemical composition, and, digestiblility coefficient of two range plants: Prangos ferulacea and Gundelia toumefortii. The chemical complsition and digestion coefficient of different feeds were analysed by Proximate analysis (weende) method and by direct collection of animal feces(INvivo). 216 samples of these two range of plants were gathered at three growth stages pre flowering and dry stage, from three different climates: cold, moderate and warm. cold climate samples were gathered from three locations: range research state, controlled ranges and uncontrolled ranges. In two other climates, samples only were gathered from uncontrolled ranges. All samples were gathered,using systematic randomized method.The results were obtained as follow: the percentage of moisture (MO), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), nitrogen free extract (NFE), crude fiber (CF), Ash, calcium (ca) and phosphorus (p) of Prangos ferulacea at pre flowering period were 10.53,12.94,2.68,46.31,17.09,10.72,1.22 and 0.4, at flowering per iod were 11.27,11.69,2.62,42,03.19.53,12.89,1.36 and 0.26 and at dry stage period were 10.G3,4.01,2.14,47.18,22.05,13.95,1.69 and 0.09 respectively.
