Abstract:
مقدمه: عدالت به‌عنوان یکی از اهداف نظام سلامت به معنای دسترسی مردم به خدمات سلامت و استفاده از آن بر اساس نیاز، پرداخت هزینه‌های سلامت بر اساس توان مالی و برخورداری از سطح سلامتی قابل قبول است. توزیع عادلانه تخت‌های بیمارستانی منجر به افزایش دسترسی به خدمات سلامت و ارتقای سلامتی مردم می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف سنجش عدالت در توزیع جغرافیایی تخت‌های بیمارستانی استان زنجان انجام شده است.
مواد و روش کار: از داده‌های وزارت بهداشت و مرکز آمار ایران برای انجام این پژوهش مقطعی (توصیفی ـ تحلیلی) استفاده شد. در این پژوهش تمام بیمارستان‌ها و تخت‌های بیمارستانی استان زنجان در سال 1395 مورد توجه قرار گرفت. میزان عدالت در توزیع تخت‌های بیمارستانی استان زنجان با استفاده از ضریب جینی محاسبه شد. از نرم‌افزار اکسل برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها: جمعیت استان زنجان در سال 1395 برابر با 1,057,461 نفر بود. تعداد 12 بیمارستان با 1,538 تخت فعال در این سال در استان زنجان وجود داشت (تعداد 1/13 بیمارستان به ازای هر صد هزار نفر جمعیت و 1/45 تخت بیمارستانی به ازای هر هزار نفر جمعیت). بیشترین تعداد تخت بیمارستانی به ازای جمعیت مربوط به شهرستان‌های زنجان، ابهر و خرمدره بود. حدود 42 درصد بیمارستان‌ها و 72 درصد تخت‌های بیمارستانی استان زنجان در شهرستان زنجان قرار دارد. ضریب جینی توزیع تخت‌های بیمارستانی در شهرستان‌های استان زنجان برابر با 0/26 بود.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: توزیع تخت‌های بیمارستانی در استان زنجان با استفاده از شاخص جینی نسبتاً عادلانه است. تخصیص عادلانه منابع سلامت به ویژه در شهرهای کم برخوردار استان برای دستیابی به هدف عدالت در سلامت ضروری است.
