Abstract:

One of serious factor affecting colorectal cancer is diet. People who consume carbohydrate such as pasta, potatoes and those who consume a lot of saturated fat are more exposed to intestinal inflammation and are more amenable to colorectal cancer[1]. Based on bioinformatics analysis related to the effect of diet on inflammation in colon that related to cancer in this area and their role in the reduction or increase of some genes’ expression, a functional study of these data was performed. According to it, using the NCBI database regarding a group of signaling pathways and also biological processes that were related to genes whose expression increased in colon cancer and inflammation, were found. The correlation between the expression of ITGAV gene and colorectal cancer has been revealed[2,3]
