Abstract:

چکیده فرهنگ همواره بعد مهمی از قدرت بوده است؛ اما رابطه قدرت و فرهنگ در غیاب متغیری به نام جغرافیا هویت خود را از دست داده بود. از این رو ژئوکالچر در دوران کنونی اهمیت راهبردی فراوانی در معادلات قدرت جهانی پیدا کرده است. هدف این تحقیق تحلیل معادلات قدرت جهانی در بستر ژئوکالچر است. سؤال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که قدرت جهانی در بستر ژئوکالچر دارای چه معادلاتی است؟ برای پاسخگویی به این سؤال اصلی فرضیه‌ای را که در پی آزمون آن هستیم این است که هم زمان با تغییر ابزارها و تاکتیکها و نظریات قدرت جهانی و مطرح شدن ابعاد نرم قدرت به جای ابعاد سخت معادلات قدرت جهانی نیز بیش از پیش به سمت تقابل، رقابت و یا همکاری در بسترهای ژئوکالچری سوق یافتهاند. نتایج مقاله نشان میدهد که بازیهایی که در عرصه ژئوکالچری جهان میان کنشگران مختلف دولتی و غیردولتی در جریان هستند دیگر تنها مبادله و تعامل فرهنگی میان کشورها و فرهنگهای مختلف به شمار نمیروند بلکه حاصل تقابل، رقابت و همکاری میان قدرتهای جهانی به منظور کسب قدرت، افزایش قدرت و یا اشاعه قدرت هستند. با توجه به این مقدمه در این مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای به تحلیل و تبیین معادلات قدرت جهانی در بستر ژئوکالچر پرداخته شود.
