Abstract:
Today, many firms work in dynamic and complex environmental conditions where competition is increasingly growing. Hence, traditional sources of competitive advantages cannot ensure the survival of an organization as rapid adaptation is required. Knowledge and organizational knowledge management (KM) are a new source of competitive advantage. Organization employees are the main means to KM implementation. The present study aims to investigate the effects of strategic human resource management (HRM) measures on organizational KM. This is a qualitative research and utilizes questionnaires to collect data. The statistical population consisted of 2700 individuals, 267 of whom were selected as respondents by using simple random sampling. The results indicated that strategic HRM measures affect organizational KM.
