Factors the Facilitators of Health Policy Making: A Systematic Review

Back ground and Aim: Understanding the facilitating factors is important in properlyanalyzing policies and understanding the relationships among the factors influencing policyoutcomes. This issue is more important in the health system because of the specific nature ofdecision making in this system and its effects on public health. The purpose of this study wasto identify factors that facilitate health policy making.Search Method: Scoping technique and thematic content analysis were used in this study.Combined and empirical findings were used to identify facilitating factors in health policy.The keywords (health policy maker, Health Policy Making, health policy facilitator, healthpolicy facilitator) were searched in my and you databases.Findings: A total of 10 studies and 15 experimental studies were included in the analysis.These were coded thematically and the reported factors were evaluated as possible for use inresearch. The 10 main categories that drive the use of research in political organizations are:(1) individual factors, (2) research integration management, (3) organizational systems andresearch utilization infrastructures, (4) institutional structures and related laws. (5)organizational features, (6) comprehensive and detailed studies, (7) the use of educated, (8)economic, cultural, political, and social considerations, (9) financial resources. And human,(10) sound and efficient management.Conclusions: In spite of efforts and research in this area, it is necessary to set up aframework and consider facilitating factors to develop better and healthier policies for thehealth system.
