An adaptive current mode low-power programmable Rational- Powered Membership function generator abstract
This paper presents an adaptive low power circuit for linguistic hedge blocks which is designed by CMOS transistors operated in saturation region. The proposed circuit has better performance in some parameters specially power consumption and chip size is improved. Designed circuit has been simulated using HSPICE in 0.35μm standard CMOS technology
