Abstract:

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و طبقه بندی انواع و حالات سرمایه گذاری سازمانی براساس تحلیل کیفی نتایج پژوهش های است که در زمینه مشارکت و تعامل شرکت های بزرگ با استارآپ ها انجام شده است. جهت گیری این پژوهش کاربردی-توسعه ای، به لحاظ استراتژی آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی، به لحاظ ماهیت اکتشافی و توصیفی است که در دو مرحله انجام شده است. ابتدا به کمک روش فراترکیب، ۳۵۲ مقاله بررسی و پس از ارزیابی، ۴۲ مقاله تایید شدند. سپس با استفاده از COREQ ۳۲-item در نهایت ۳۴ مقاله برای اجرای تحلیل کیفی محتوای مقالات حداقل امتیاز لازم را کسب کردند. با بررسی مقالات، ۸۹ روش تعامل استخراج گردید و پس از بررسی محتوی و طبقه بندی براساس ابعاد سرمایه گذاری سازمانی، تعریف مکانیزم و تعامل در نهایت ۱۱ مکانیزم تعامل شناسایی شد. سپس اعتبار سنجی نتایج تحقیق، با مراجعه به ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان این حوزه در دو مرحله دلفی فازی در نهایت ۱۱ مکانیزم تایید شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که روش هایی مانند مرکز رشد سازمانی، شتابدهنده های سازمانی، برنامه های استارتآپی و... در چند سال اخیر به عنوان روش های مدرن تعامل شرکت های بزرگ با استارتآپ ها مورد توجه بوده است.
