Abstract:

MFe۲O۴ (M= Ni, Mn) Nanoparticles were synthesized by the thermal treatment method. The crystalline phases of MFe۲O۴ nanoparticles were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The average particle size of MFe۲O۴ nanoparticles was determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) which were in good agreement with the XRD results. The vibrational modes of metals (iron, nickel, and manganese) were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis The magnetic properties of MFe۲O۴ nanoparticles were investigated via vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
