The general tendency of the followers of this school was Marxism. The critical school includes criticism of society as well as various epistemological systems, and its ultimate goal is to reveal more precisely the nature of society. This research is of qualitative type, and data analysis is based on the qualitative content analysis method, With an emphasis on the components of emancipation, change, hegemony, civil society, and the public domain from the critical school and the application of these components in the regional domain Latin America, it is concluded that theories of international relations can serve as a guide in shaping current international phenomena.
