Academic Education and Job Satisfaction

The present study aims to investigate factors that influence job satisfaction through a survey approach. The sample size was calculated by the Krejcie-Morgan formula at a confidence level of ۹۵%. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. Chronbach’s alpha was obtained to be ۰.۶۰۰-۰.۷۴۴, suggesting high reliability for the items. The findings indicated that the attitude toward employee education influenced job satisfaction. Also, the variables were found to be strongly correlated with job satisfaction. Finally, suggestions were made to improve job satisfaction, meet employee requirements, and enrich the nature of occupation.
