Abstract:

This paper intends to determine and analyze the barriers of green human resource management using fuzzy analytic hierarchy technique. Similar researches and recent studies have been analyzed to do the research and totally ۹ barriers identified. Prioritizing of criteria has done according to opinions of ۱۰ experts who are executive mangers and academic researchers. Results show that disregarding environmental culture institutionalization, disregarding environmental values, lack of comprehensive planning, environmental policies weaknesses, lack of knowledge and expertise, lack of senior management support, challenges of utilizing environmental technologies and facilities, staff resistance against environmental acts and lack of financial support are prioritized from being first to the least important criteria. Also some suggestions have been made for future researches.
