How the electronics industry is doing strategic control

Strategic control seeks to achieve the goals of the organization, and need to have received more attention, especially in the field of electronics, becusess scope of the electronics manufacturing activities is wide, and the in each company technology, environmental and market, conditions are different. for this reason This study was conducted as a case study on electronics manufacturing firm, and selected four case studies, in the fields of electronics companys in Iran. After reviewing the literature on strategic control, the research design has been done as a multiple-case study, and case studies have been selected.After selecting the study cases, the interview protocol was designed and finalized, and the case study process was conducted parallel. For each case study, interviews and evidence review were conducted separately, and with the thematic analysis method, the output of each case study was a strategic control model appropriate to the case study.Finally, by performing a Cross-case analysis, a strategic control model of the Electronic Production company is presented. and the reliability of the model was verified by inter coder agreement and member check methods.
