Abstract:

مقدمه: برای افزایش خلاقیت صدها راه وجود دارد، اما روش های جدید باید مبتنی بر آموزش غیرمستقیم و متناسب با سرگرمی های به روز کودکان و نوجوانان باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر نوروفیدبک آلفا/تتا و بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب (HRV) بر خلاقیت هیجانی و شناختی کودکان دبستانی شهر اصفهان است. روش: نمونه ی پژوهش ۹۰ کودک هفت تا ۱۲ ساله (۵۱ دختر و ۳۹ پسر) بودند که هم داوطلب شرکت در جلسات بودند و هم ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش را داشتند. آزمودنی ها به صورت تصادفی در پنج گروه آزمایشی (بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب، نوروفیدبک آلفا در مکان های Pz, P۳, P۴, P۴-P۳) و گروه گواه قرار گرفتند (هر گروه ۱۵ نفر). برای اندازه گیری سازه های مورد نظر، فرم والد آزمونهای خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل (۱۹۹۹) و فرم تصویری خلاقیت شناختی تورنس (۱۹۶۲) در سه مرحله ی پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری اجرا و آزمون هوش ریون و فرم والد سیاهه ی نشانه های مرضی کودکان نیز پاسخ داده شد. گروه های بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب و نوروفیدبک، آموزش را در ۱۵ جلسه ی ۴۵ دقیقه ای و سه بار در هفته به صورت انفرادی دریافت کردند. فرض پژوهش این بود که بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب و نوروفیدبک آلفا/تتا میتواند خلاقیت هیجانی و شناختی کودکان دبستانی در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری را افزایش دهد. یافته ها: داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه های تکراری تحلیل شدند و نتایج نشان دادند که آموزش نوروفیدبک آلفا/تتا در مکان های P۳ و Pz و بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب توانسته اند در هر دو مرحله ی پس آزمون و پیگیری، خلاقیت شناختی و هیجانی را افزایش دهند (۰/۰۵و ۰/۰۱>P ). نوروفیدبک PZ بر خلاقیت شناختی و بیوفیدبک تغییرپذیری ریتم قلب بر خلاقیت هیجانی اثر بیشتری داشته اند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، از این روشها میتوان برای افزایش خلاقیت شناختی و هیجانی استفاده کرد.
