Abstract:

The Sampling planning is one of the most important issues in the cost of quality COQ reduction. COQ divided to three important categories: preventive costs, appraisal costs and failure costs. The sampling planning is an appraisal cost and the optimize sampling plan can help the systems in the way of cost reduction. In this article we use a Time Petri Nets as a High-level Petri Nets for modelling, simulating and studying the sampling planning; the Petri Nets are powerful graphical-Mathematical methods for modelling the complex systems. In this paper the Time Petri Net method proposed for modelling the sample sampling planning problem by Snoopy software. The output of the snoopy presented the high capabilities of Time Petri Nets method in the way of modelling and optimizing the sampling planning problems.
