Abstract:

پیداکردن راهی برای مقاوم­کردن جوامع و افراد برای مقابله با بلایای طبیعی، ضرورت تعریف و ارزیابی تاب­آوری در حوزه سوانح طبیعی را دوچندان کرده­است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی مولفه­های تاب­آوری اجتماعی و اقتصادی شهر زلزله­زده بم بوده­است. این پژوهش، از نوع کاربردی است که با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به ارزیابی مولفه­های تاب­آوری اجتماعی و اقتصادی شهر زلزله­زده بم پرداخته­است. با توجه به ناهمگن­بودن جامعه و واحد­های نمونه­گیری، از روش نمونه­گیری چند مرحله­ای، استفاده شد. حجم نمونه در این تحقیق، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، ۳۳۰ خانوار تعیین شدهاست. جهت تجزبه و تحلیل داده­ها، از آزمون­های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی از جمله تی تک­نمونه­ای و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که خانوارهای ساکن در شهر بم، از نظر مولفه­های میزان دانش و مهارت در سطح نامطلوب و از حیث مولفه­های آگاهی، نگرش و سرمایه اجتماعی در سطح مطلوبی قراردارند. در مجموع، بعد تاب­آوری اجتماعی از سطح مطلوبی برخودار بوده­است. از حیث وضعیت تاب­آوری اقتصادی و مولفه­های سه­گانه آن شامل: میزان و شدت خسارت، توانایی جبران خسارت و بازگشت به شرایط شغلی و مالی مناسب، در وضعیت نسبتا بد و نامطلوبی قراردارند.
