بررسی فرهنگ مطالعه در دانش آموزان شهر بیرجند

میزان مطالعه در جوامع از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، چرا که یکی از شاخص های مهم توسعه یافتگی محسوب می گردد. بنابراین بررسی عوامل و مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر میزان مطالعه، مورد توجه پژوهشگران این حوزه قرار گرفته است. از این رو، یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر میزان مطالعه، فرهنگ مطالعه است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی فرهنگ مطالعه دانش آموزان شهر بیرجند از منظر جنسیت، سواد والدین و محل سکونت طراحی اجرا گردید. این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه ی دانش آموزان دختر و پسر پایه ی پنجم و ششم شهر بیرجند در سال ۹۲-۹۳ بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به شیوه ی خوشه ای تصادفی، تعداد ۳۰۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته فرهنگ مطالعه بود. برای تجزیه  و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون T مستقل و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در بررسی فرهنگ مطالعه بر حسب جنسیت در بعد هنجار تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد، دانش آموزان پسر در مقایسه با دانش آموزان دختر، در سطح بالاتری قرار داشتند. بر حسب سواد پدر و مادر در بعد هنجار و خانواده، تفاوت معناداری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده شد. دانش آموزان دارای والدین با سواد بالاتر، از فرهنگ مطالعه در سطح بالاتری برخوردار بودند. بر حسب محل سکونت در بعد ارزش تفاوت معناداری به لحاظ آماری مشاهده شد. دانش آموزان پایین شهر در مقایسه با دانش آموزان بالاشهر مولفه ارزش به مطالعه را در سطح بالاتری ارزش گذاری نمودند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش در بررسی فرهنگ مطالعه بر حسب جنسیت، توجه به فرهنگ مطالعه دختران ضروری می نماید. هم چنین با توجه به نتایج پژوهش مربوط به نقش سواد والدین در فرهنگ مطالعه دانش آموزان، لزوم توجه و برگزاری کارگاه هایی بدین منظور ضروری می نماید. Amount of study is of utmost importance in the communities because it is considered one of the most important indicators of development. So investigating the factors and components affecting the amount of study have been noticed by researchers in the field. Hence, one of the factors affecting the amount of study is the reading culture. This research was designed to investigate the reading culture of students in Birjand city in terms of gender, parental education and place of residence. This study is a descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of all male and female students in fifth and sixth grades of Birjand city in academic year of ۹۲-۹۳ which a total of ۳۰۰ subjects were selected and evaluated as sample from among them based on Morgan table and by random cluster sampling,. The tool used in this study was a researcher-developed questionnaire of reading culture. For data analysis, the independent T-test and variance analysis were used. The results showed that a significant difference was observed in the study of reading culture in terms of gender in aspect of norm, male students compared to female students, were at a higher level. In terms of parental education in aspects of norm and family, statistically significant difference was observed, students with parents with higher education, had higher levels of reading culture. In terms of location in aspect of value a significant difference was observed. Value to reading component was valued at a higher level by downtown students compared to uptown students. According to the results in the study of reading culture by gender, paying attention to the girls’ reading culture is necessary. Also according to the results of the study on the role of parental education in students reading culture, it seems essential to pay attention and hold workshops for this purpose.
