Investigating Factors Affecting Community Trust in Healthy Smart Home Technology: Case study, Mashhad

With the advancement of technology, remote monitoring and monitoring of health has been made possible, allowing us to provide necessary care remotely without the physical presence of vulnerable persons such as the elderly, patients, pregnant mothers and the elderly and quickly access them if necessary. This improves the safety and health of people, reduces maintenance and treatment costs, as well as saving time. A Healthy Smart Home as a bedside to use health monitoring technologies enables the person to care and care at a lower cost and higher quality of life. But the use of this technology requires a high level aof trust to be accepted by the above technology community and above all to take care of yourself and your loved ones. In this article, field research and questionnaire design have identified factors that make the community trust smart home technology. Finally, by collecting ۳۸۷ questionnaires from the citizens of Mashhad with reliability of ۰.۷۱۹ and analyzing it, we concluded that awareness of healthy smart home performance as well as proper, appropriate and applicable design for this technology can be recognized and People s trust in the technology and its efficiency will play a special role.
