Sulforaphane can be found in a wide variety of cruciferous vegetables, including cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, Chinese broccoli, broccoli sprouts, broccoli raab, Kohlrabi, collards, kohlrabi, mustard, turnip, kale and radish.
