Public stress and anxiety, increasing referrals to health centers, lack of hospital beds, lack of equipment and medicine, etc. can affect the process of providing nursing care to patients. Therefore, proper and principled planning for time management in providing care and also managing the medications received by patients by nursing staff to reduce nursing errors and provide care without compromise is very important.In the corona ward of Shahid Rajaei Educational and Medical Center in Karaj, in order to reduce personnel errors, the patients' main and important drugs are controlled during the shift delivery, and in fact, a kind of round chart is performed. For example, a form is designed for the two main drugs of Covid (Remdesivir and ReciGen) and for each dose that is injected, it is checked in the form, and if the patient has an additional dose other than the routine dose, in the increase sheet The dose is recorded and all personnel (doctor, nurse, etc.) see the form and find out the amount of dose received by the patient. On the other hand, at the time of delivery and change from night to morning shift, the nursing report is checked for drug registration. For more accuracy, the night shift manager is advised to determine the exact amount of medication by checking item F۸ (which is taken in the drug system to return the delivered medication) if there is any ambiguity in the dose received. Due to the high volume of work, at the same time during the delivery of the shift, SPO۲ without oxygen of patients, which is a very important item to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, is checked and recorded.
