Investigation the role of vital genes involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease abstract

Neurodegeneration is a function of many debilitating and incurable diseases whose prevalence is rapidly increasing, consisting of Parkinson's disease. There is an urgent need to develop new and more effective therapeutic strategies to combat these devastating diseases Therefore, several approaches were studied against disease development and infection in this research. Gene networks that mediate neurodegenerative investigated from the lmnibus (GEO) database. We identified hsa-miR-106b-5p, hsa-miR-93-5p and hsa-miR-25-3p as the best miRNAs, their target genome and associated cell signaling pathways. Then, the findings presented that this miRNA had a considerable role in the “Sphingolipid signaling pathway”, “Glioma signaling pathway”, and “FGFR2 signaling pathway”. Then, the findings provided that this miRNA had enormous function in the“Sphingolipid signaling pathway”, “Glioma signaling pathway”, and “FGFR2 signaling pathway”. Next, we used a series of bioinformatics software to discover the lncRNAs and their relationship with gene over expression and neurodegenerative disease. It is viable to assay fine choice appearing on RNA secondary systems on a genome-huge scale. The detection of human-unique fine choice in lncRNAs related to cognitive sickness presents a fixed of candidate genes for in addition experimental trying out and can offer insights into the evolution of cognitive capabilities in humans.
