Patterned Synthesis of Titanium Dioxide Nanorods abstract
In this paper, the growth of titanium dioxide nanorods on the seed layer of pattern growth isreported. For this purpose, first, FTO layer was deposited on a glass substrate through spray pyrolysistechnique. In the next step, in order to create a pattern on FTO, lithography and wet etching techniqueswere performed by zinc and HCl, and at the end, hydrothermal synthesis method was used for the growthof titanium dioxide nanorods. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) imaging and X-ray diffractionanalysis have been used to evaluate the appearance and the accuracy of the emphasis on synthesizednanostructures.
