Abstract:

This paper takes into account the matter ofapproach towards working on a navigation system based ongeomagnetism, inspired by a concept found in biology,named as Geomagnetic Bionic Navigation. Firstly, thedeserved significance and the need for the above-mentionedsystem is discussed, which motivates the researchers towardsits development. The discussion elaborates on the fact that itgoes beyond the point where other navigation systems reachtheir limits. What follows is a brief introduction to theapplications of the geomagnetic field. Secondly, all ideas ofmethodologies have been introduced. The choice of methodhas been discussed, taking into consideration the behavior ofanimals concerning the geomagnetic field. Lastly, the mostfeasible way of achieving the system has been complementedwith a mathematically-supported discussion.
