Sprawl is an effective factor on the environment, which plays an important role in the quality of human life, so urban sprawl management is essential to reduce resources. Therefore, taking help from mathematical models to optimize urban areas is undeniable. In this research, we are trying to provide a model to reduce urban sprawl and development with the help of mixed linear programming.
