Abstract:
The synthesis of dihydroquinoline derivatives is very important for the pharmaceutical industry due to its many biological activities. In our ongoing efforts to promote new synthetic strategies for preparing heterocyclic compounds in this study, we performed reflux reactions with the nanocrystalline-TiO۲ on dodecyl-sulfated silica support (NCTDSS) catalyst by using a one-pot method. Finally, high-yield products were synthesized and characterized by using different techniques such as FT-IR, ۱H NMR, and ۱۳C NMR. This procedure has several privileges including simple operation, economy, safe environment, short reaction time, and high-yield.
