Abstract:

The academic progress of students is very important for the educational systems of the world and the community of a society. In this article, under the title of management and coordination process in the academic progress of elementary school students, which is written in a library (review) method, we will examine the methods of elementary classroom management and its impact on the academic progress and learning of these students. Correct classroom management and control of students in learning materials are among the factors that play an important role in the development and growth of students, and since the educational materials of the basic elementary level are usually taught to them formally for the first time, Accuracy in acquiring teachings is of great importance. In this article, the methods of drawing students' attention to educational materials and applying their information in their daily lives are expressed, and one of the important and practical results of the article is teaching how to manage an elementary school class and how to use a dynamic management style. and appropriate, to prepare the ground for the growth and development of students and to guide and accompany them in the correct path of evolution and growth. It also examines the effective factors in the academic progress of primary school students according to their specific age conditions. The role of parents, school and society in the academic progress of students is reviewed and explained. Some people consider classroom management to be simply keeping students quiet and controlling them. In the following, the correct definitions of classroom management and appropriate management methods will be examined, and the effects of correct and incorrect management on the progress and development of elementary students will be described.
