تاثیر چندرسانه ای آموزشی بر راهبردهای حل مسئله و هدف گرایی تحصیلی دانشجویان abstract

چکیده مقدمه: ازجمله مزیت های استفاده از چندرسانه ای آموزشی بالا بردن انگیزه دانشجویان برای مشارکت و همکاری، ارتقای مهارت های حل مسئله و تسهیل دستیابی به هدف است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر چندرسانه ای آموزشی بر راهبردهای حل مسئله و هدف گرایی تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام گرفته است. روش ها: روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه ی آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی رشته مدیریت عمومی دانشگاه پیام نور آران و بیدگل در سال ۹۷-۹۶ می باشند که ۶۰ نفر از آن ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه ۳۰ نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش ۸ جلسه ۱ ساعته در محیط چندرسانه ای آموزش دیدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه راهبردهای حل مسئله کسیدی و لانگ (۲۰۰۲) و هدف گرایی تحصیلی بوفارد و همکاران (۱۹۹۸) می باشد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون کوواریانس نشان داد چندرسانه ای آموزشی بر راهبردهای حل مسئله و هدف گرایی تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیر دارد (۰۰۱/۰>P). چندرسانه ای آموزشی بر مولفه های راهبردهای حل مسئله (درماندگی، کنترل، اجتناب، خلاقیت، اعتماد، گرایش) و مولفه های هدف گرایی تحصیلی (تسلط هدف، عملکرد و پرهیز از شکست) دانشجویان تاثیر دارد (۰۰۱/۰>P). نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد چندرسانه ای آموزشی بر راهبردهای حل مسئله و هدف گرایی در دانشجویان تاثیر دارد. از این می توان از چندرسانه ای آموزشی در جهت آموزش به یادگیرندگان در دروس و مقاطع تحصیلی دیگر استفاده کرد.
