Examining the legal system of the World Real Estate Union according to the structure

The purpose of this article was to examine the legal system of the World Real Estate Union according to its structure. The International Real Estate Association was a non-political organization that aims to provide facilities to centers active in the real estate sector and to provide a platform for real estate investors in the international sector. This research, in a descriptive and analytical way and using legal and library texts, came to the conclusion that the structure of the World Real Estate Union based on its statutes is based on providing advice, evaluation, investment and development of green housing, property management and agency, as well as expanding science and New technologies were in the field of construction and management, as well as in the field of applying modern technologies in interior designs and architectural foundations, and on the other hand, the results showed that this organization, in cooperation with important international institutions, played an effective role in reducing poverty and inequality, as well as creating sustainable settlements, through It has different branches in different countries.
