رابطه بین هوش هیجانی، هوش معنوی و عملکرد حسابرس

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش معنوی، هوش هیجانی و عملکرد حسابرسان شکل گرفت. روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی و قلمرو زمانی سال ۱۳۹۳ بود. جامعه آماری، حسابرسان شاغل در ۱۳ موسسه حسابرسی عضو جامعه انتخاب شد. با توجه به فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران حجم نمونه ۱۵۹ نفر تعیین شد. تعداد ۱۸۰ پرسشنامه توزیع که از این تعداد ۱۴۸ پرسشنامه قابل تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دریافت گردید. جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از احتمال حاصل از برازش مدل در حالت معنی داری پارامترها استفاده شد. مناسبت مدل از طریق معادلات ساختاری بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد: بین هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین هوش معنوی و عملکرد حسابرسان رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد. بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد و در نهایت هوش هیجانی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و عملکرد حسابرسان را واسطه گری می کند. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and auditors’ performance. The research method was descriptive-surveying and the studied time was ۲۰۱۴. The statistical population was selected from the auditors employed in ۱۳ audit institutions. Sample size was set ۱۵۹ according to Cochran sampling formula. ۱۸۰ questionnaires were distributed, of which ۱۴۸ questionnaires were received for statistical analysis. The probability of resulting in significant model parameters was used to test the hypothesis. Suitability of the model was evaluated through structural equations. The results show that: There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. There is no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and audits performance. There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and performance and finally, emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between spiritual intelligence and auditors’ performance.
