اثربخشی آموزش حافظه ی کاری هیجانی بر توانایی مهار عاطفه و تنظیم هیجان در زنان خیانت دیده abstract

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش حافظه کاری هیجانی بر توانایی مهار عواطف و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در افراد آسیب دیده از خیانت صورت گرفت. روش کار: از میان تمام زنان خیانت دیده که در بازه زمانی مهر تا دی ماه سال ۱۳۹۸ به اورژانس اجتماعی شهر سبزوار مراجعه کردند، تعداد ۴۲ نفر با روش تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه (۲۱ نفر آزمایش و ۲۱ نفر کنترل) تخصیص داده شدند. مداخله به صورت یک سو کور انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه مهار عواطفwilliams ، (۲۷) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان Garnefski (۲۹) را در مراحل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل کردند. آموزش طی ۲۰ جلسه با استفاده از نرم افزار آموزش حافظه کاری هیجانیSchweizer  (۳۲) اجرا شد. داده ها با تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری با اندازه گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش حافظه کاری هیجانی بر توانایی مهار عواطف و تنظیم شناختی هیجان زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت اثربخش است. نتیجه گیری: یک راهبرد درمانی مکمل برای کنترل عواطف و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان آسیب دیده استفاده از آموزش های مبتنی بر حافظه کاری هیجانی است. تلویحات کاربردی یافته ها موردبحث قرار گرفت.
