Abstract:

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is unwanted noise generated from a device or system that interferes with the normal operation of electronic devices. The increasing use of electronic circuits in telecommunications, computers, vehicles, etc., requires us to use these devices near each other. Therefore, electromagnetic interference has become one of the basic issues in the design of electronic circuits, which should be given special attention. On the other hand, with the advancement of technology and the shrinking of electronic integrated circuits, usually a large number of electronic circuits are placed near each other, which is important. Increases EMI. Considering this issue, electronic equipment should be made in such a way that it has the least impact from the noise of the surrounding environment. And also spread the least noise to the surrounding environment. The most important part that is discussed about naval ships today is the simultaneous use of electromagnetic equipment in a small place. This equipment includes radar, navigation system, telecommunication system, fire control system and systems related to electronic warfare. In this article, in order to reduce electromagnetic interference in vessels, three useful methods are presented. And the common ones that are specific to ships have been stated.
