Abstract:

Comparative education helps different countries utilize successful experiences and learn fromothers' unsuccessful experiences. This studies are an effort at acquiring other countries'experiences and the necessity of using their findings in educations. This undeniable fact motivatedthe authors to comparatively analyze the educational systems in different countries. In this article,according to the common points between Iran and Latin America countries and the desire toexpand the relations between the two sides, the status of their education system in different fieldssuch as decentralization, equity, quality and financial resources were investigated comparatively.The method of the present study was a qualitative comparative based on content analysis approach.Data collection method documentary and data were evaluated through internal (content accuracy)and external evaluations (document accuracy). The results showed that despite the efforts made,the desired result has not yet been achieved. Finally, the exchange of experiences of both sides ineducational developments was discussed as one of the focus of their relations.
